14 RAM 2500 - ABS/Traction Control Activating?

ABS/Traction Control Activating at the most random times.

Lately, it has been happening while I was breaking, and the steering wheel was only turning very slightly, and the pedal was with a pulse under my foot.

I just tried to get it to activate by driving very slowly and turning the wheel while accelerating, and it started, and now the traction control light is coming on while driving straight on the freeway.

I turned the traction control off so it didn't cause any erratic motion.

A quick Google search tells me this might be something with a wheel speed sensor or some ABS sensor.

I'm hoping this is pretty easy because I'm tired of having complicated problems

To add more details, I was going around a curve, probably at about 30 mph, and I felt the truck try to brake, and the traction control light flashed similarly to when you go over a big bump in your tires and come off the ground or something.

It's disturbing because I don't want my truck to break at the wrong time when I am not expecting it to.

Additional troubleshooting detail: when I was approaching a red light, probably going only a few miles an hour, if I jerked the wheel hard to the left while braking, the pedal pulsated and ABS activated every time, but if I do it to the right, it does not activate.

However, if I quickly jerk the wheel to the left, it is guaranteed the ABS will activate, and the pedal will pulsate under my foot.

No codes, just a pedal pulsate that you typically get when ABS is activating whenever I am braking, and the wheel turns to the left.

I remember reading somewhere in this forum a while back that another member had this issue, but I can’t remember who or what they did to fix it.

Can you thoroughly scan all modules for trouble codes or use your tuner?

If you can, monitor your wheel speed sensors with a scan tool.

I have the MM3 tuner and a cheap Centech scanner from harbor freight.

I can try and get my hands on an Autel, but the last time I tried that, it took me a lot of searching.

It's getting awful now if telling you that gives any clues.

I got onto the freeway, and my truck started jerking to the left.

I turned off the traction control, but another light just above the traction control light kept coming on as the truck was pulling to the left, and it was jerking so hard that I had to get off the freeway.
