MM3 Tuner Sound Tunes?

2018 RAM 2500, tuned by the Doctor.

Trying to access the sound tunes such as 12V, Lope, etc., but when I go into active/live tuning, all I see is send once and reset all.

I messaged them and am waiting on that response, but I figured I'd try here, too.

Appreciate any help.

Should be a tab RT "real-time settings" similar to the power level tab.

Also, it should have another section which is a single command as well as every key cycle to engage that desired tune.

That's how my 08 shows on my monitor.

I got in touch with you Monday, I believe.

Not positive who responded.

I took my VIN and said they would be back in touch.

So just waiting on that.

I am just reaching out here to see if anyone could inform me rather doing something wrong or not.

Did you purchase tunes from us or did you buy a truck already tuned by us?

You will have to purchase warp tuning for us to support your truck.

Support always stays with the purchaser.

All I can say in your case is that perhaps the prior customer may not have had sound tunes.

That would explain why nothing is found in the RT menu.
