I think I installed an MM3 tuner and deleted my 2016 RAM in 2019.

No update needed unless recommended or directed by @DRD.
I am also running the same firmware from 2019.
2014 RAM 3500 (Aisin) 3.73 4X4 Limited Crew Cab Long Bed DRW. Oil Bypass Filter, Fuel Filtration Kit, Cold Air Intake, City Diesel Actuator and 50 Gallon Aux Fuel Tank.
I always say, if it’s not broken, don’t mess with it.
In other words, friend, if you haven’t had any issues with your MM3 or truck, I would leave it like it is.
