2018 RAM 2500 - ABS Light On?

Well, today, we tackled replacing the HCI unit.

This was no easy task and took the biggest part of the day.

I procured a brake bleed device like the one pictured here https://www.harborfreight.com/pneuma...kit-57057.html.

I feel in my mind that i got as much of the air out as humanly possible, but as others have said, you definitely need a scan tool to operate the ABS.

My scan tool has not come in yet, but will complete this task when it does.

The good news is that there is no more ABS traction control light.

I haven’t personally used this model/brand scan tool, but hopefully, it will perform your desired task.

If it doesn’t, the AlfaOBD scan tool is more specific to your truck and will offer much more functionality.

I looked at the Alpha, but from what I gathered it is not supported by Apple which was no Bueno for me because the majority of my things are Apple.
