Stupid question; feel free to bash after answering, LOL.
I am tuned, not deleted. MM3/tune from double R.
I just chose not to remove all the parts.
Do I need to do anything with this service other than make it disappear?

That message is to change your CCV filter under the cover on the top of the motor.
To reset...
2016 Ram Laramie 3500, G56, 6.7, CC, 4x4
2016 RAM 3500 4x4 Laramie Crew Cab ,G56
If you have not replaced the CCV filter yet, do it soon.
Do not skip replacing that filter.

As stated above, change it if you haven't.
The best way is to gut the filter and run a hose to the frame rail; you never have to worry about it again.
It’s also to clean out the EGR filter.
I have 235 miles to go on mine.

The EGR filter is the CCV filter.
Depending on the year of your truck and whether or not you have a pickup or cab and chassis, there are different 67,500 mile maintenance requirements.
The video below breaks down the maintenance requirements.
2014 RAM 3500 (Aisin) 3.73 4X4 Limited Crew Cab Long Bed DRW. Oil Bypass Filter, Fuel Filtration Kit, Cold Air Intake, City Diesel Actuator, Steed Speed Exhaust Manifold, Glacier Diesel Intake Horn and 50 Gallon Aux Fuel Tank.
Yes!
I misspoke - EGR cooler is what I was thinking!
EDIT: I watched the link you posted - I love his vids. He's the one that started me down the current journey of doing a delete while I'm doing this service!
