RaceME Ultra - ECM Not In Application Mode?

    2012 RAM 2500 6.7L Cummins.

I was reflashing my truck with tunes using RaceME Ultra, and it crashed while doing so, but it also did not allow for the tune attempt to be redone.

Now it can’t program the ECM since it is not in application mode, basically turning it into an 8000lbs ornament.

Anyone have this happen before and maybe have a solution?

Did you have a battery charger on when doing so?

Batteries need to be fully charged when flashing.

The batteries were on a charger, and the current code is U1601.

    Email RaceME and ask them.

You may need a recovery file.

See attached information on your trouble code.

It sounds like the PCM is corrupt and will need to be reprogrammed.

As stated above, it may be worth contacting RaceME to see if a recovery file may be an option.

I just sent them an email about it, and that’s what I think I will have to do, then reflash the truck with the proper tunes once it is reprogrammed, which I will find out tomorrow.

I got it all squared away.

I had a dealership reflash the truck with an oem tune file and then flashed it with my DRD tunes.

I have had no issues since in the last few days.
