MM3 Limp Mode?

So I switched from EFi Live to MM.

I got everything installed and loaded, and the truck is in limp mode, like half power, pulsing throttle response.

The turbo sounds like the VGT is fully engaged and can't switch pids.

There's no option showing up on my monitor.

I tried updating, and I don't know if it worked; I switched back to my EFi Live, and everything is normal any ideas?
