It's not bad to do.
It will walk you through the process once you figure out where to access it.
Open the app
Picture 1:
In the three drop-down boxes, pick what fits your truck; box 1 and 2 is the truck and the module you are trying to access.
This would be ABS.
Picture 2:
Pick the year that matches your truck.
Mine is a 2018 I use the ABS Bosch MY2013+ Powernet.
Picture 3:
It will ask you to connect.
Push connect, and you will hear the truck cycle a bunch of stuff.
Don't stress out, it's normal.
Once it connects, go to the bottom of the screen, find the car with the hood open icon, and push it.
It will then open up a new window:
Picture 4.
Push the select procedure drop down and look for abs bleed.
Select it, and it will then walk you through the procedure.
If I remember correctly, it only functions as the pump for one side of the truck or just the front.
I can not remember exactly, but it is not all four wheels.
At first, I thought I had done something wrong, so I did the process repeatedly; it only cycled the pump for part of the wheels, not all 4.
So I bled the other wheels as youusuallyy do and had no issues.
The only minor issue I encountered was getting fluid out of the rear calipers.
Iusuallyy do 4-5 pumps open and close the bleeder.
But hardly anything would come out. I ended up opening the bleeder, pushing the pedal down, closing the bleeder, and repeating.
That worked.
I hope this helps a little.
It's not the best description, but hopefully, you understand.
