So far, every trailer I have owned has been a bumper pull.
Our original plan for my cummins was to get a 5th wheel toy hauler and go camping with the family, but plans have changed.
We are still off-road with our sxs, and my open trailer has zero issues with the sxs or me pulling it.
However, in the not-so-distant future, the boss and I will need another sxs due to our family size and the kiddos loving the sport.
So I've been leaning towards a gooseneck trailer.
Mainly an enclosed one.
My truck will be paid off just over a year from now; at this point and time only has 160k miles on it.
I've been going back and forth on keeping it, garage queening it, using it as a tow pig, and having a 1/2 ton gasser for dd.
If i install a hide-a-ball, will this potentially decrease the value of my truck if I choose to sell it/trade it in, enhance the value of it, or do nothing to the value of it?
Are there any drawbacks to having a hide-a-ball?
