Can I ask if after you tuned it did you go through the 350-mile "0" tune re-learn process?

AlfaOBD Quicklearn process was performed (twice).
I am currently in my 2nd drive learning process.
The weird gear numbers were asked of MM3.
Their statement is, basically, they don't know why those numbers are showing up.
They only show up in Gear - Current. Gear - Present, it matches EVIC.
Updated software is showing promise.
Currently down due to while changing out the Fuel Control Actuator (FCA), I decided to clean my other sensors (IAT, MAF, MAP).
IAT & MAF went easy.
MAP was not as easy.
I tried as gently as possible to remove the sensor, but the cage surrounding the probe stretched and broke. The O-ring and cage was stuck in the intake horn.
I have a new replacement from Geno's garage (Cummins version) inbound (2/4) that I'll replace it with, so I haven't driven it since Saturday.
The lope/surge had been improving, so I am hopeful that finishing the Drive Learn process and additional driving will solve the issue.
I haven't reported this or any other threads regarding this until I finish that process.
Things are looking up, though, and very promising with what driving I have done so far.

Okay, let me give an update.
I did (3) different things, so I am not 100% sure what fixed the problem, but I lean towards the software update.
1) I got slightly altered (improved) software.
2) I replaced my Fuel Actuator Control (FCA).
3) Unintentionally, I had to replace my Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor.
This morning's drive-in drove great.
Reversing in the parking spot and not one issue.

Thats great news.
I sure like it when something gets fixed.
