Towing With Stainless Diesel S67.7

Today I finally got to use my 25+5 trailer and load up some hay in SC.

My setup is stock fuel running an awesome Stainless Diesel S467.7 5 Blade, ARP 625s, Steed Speed, DRD, etc.

I loaded her down on the 30-hp tune, and the highest I hit on the toughest of grades was 1250 EGT.

I won't lie the one mountain pass from SC to the NC mountains had her screaming at probably 2750 RPMS fluttering 1250 EGT, but she made it perfectly, and that grade is brutal.

I am very impressed with DRD's tuning and my turbo setup pulling this weight.

If you are looking at a second-gen swap and tuning, this is where it's at.

Yep, that was it.

She's easy going down but going back up is funny ha ha.

I was probably towing about the same weight with my trailer and load.

If it handled that ok, I shouldn't be worried about many other places.

It's a beautiful view from the top towards SC on a clear day.

It's a long, hard pull like Old Fort Mountain is on I-40.

I live in the Clyde area of NC, so you are not too far away.

I used to have a couple of stops for work in Inman years ago.
