New Here From WV - Shopping For A RAM Cummins

Thank you for letting me join your organization and for the warm welcome.

I live in WV but lived all over the country, from Colorado, Florida, and Wyoming.

I am still trying to get back to Wyoming.

I am in the construction business now, but I used to operate my own hotshot business in Colorado, hauling anything from hay to trailers.

I hauled with a 96 Dodge dually manual Cummins and a 2004 Cummins manual dually.

I had 2006 dually.

I bought a new one in Colorado, and the dealership screwed me over.

I only owned manual transmissions; I did buy a new 7.3 Powerstroke and a 6.5 Chevy diesel too.

I started with 6.5 to 7.3 to nothing but Cummins after that.

I have not had a Cummins for a while, just an old Ford F150 my father left when he passed years back.

I am buying one ASAP.

Just not sure whether to buy a manual or an automatic.

I never had a 6.7L or an auto.

My 2004 larger injectors, CAI, exhaust, Southbend Clutch, and Smarty Tuner.

I loved the truck; it had 360000 on it before I sold it to a pipe liner.

To add to the options, if you go with an automatic, you can choose from a Chrysler transmission or Aisin.

I have the latter and like it.

It feels rock solid.

Relatively slow shifts, totally locked in when I get, and it seems like it'll last forever.
