Without being there, it’s hard to diagnose where it’s coming from.
Just because you think you hear it underneath doesn’t mean it can’t be coming from the engine bay.
Check every single moving part on the truck.
It could be a brake caliper; steering components shake down everything.

Did you check the serpentine belt and tensioners like Waters Supply said?
If it’s trans-related, I can’t be of much help besides trying to help you narrow it down.
And to verify, did you let the truck roll in neutral and didn’t hear it?

The best thing to do is get your truck up on a lift.
Diagnosing a vehicle sound that happens only while it’s moving can be unsafe.

I just checked.
It also does it in neutral and sounds coming from the rear of the truck.
