Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but see the photo attached.
I installed my oil bypass filter supply line in the center of the oil filter head with a 90* elbow.

2014 RAM 3500 (Aisin) 3.73 4X4 Limited Crew Cab Long Bed DRW. Oil Bypass Filter, Fuel Filtration Kit, Cold Air Intake, City Diesel Actuator and 50 Gallon Aux Fuel Tank.
Thank you.
I appreciate it.
I can see it ok.
My truck is a little different.
There's a hard line right above that plug on top of the oil filter housing, and the only way to install that fitting for the bypass filter is to remove that hard line.
So, I must know what brand and type of antifreeze I should use.
It will be a little job to put that fitting in, but I can do it.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you.
My RAM is a 2012 Four-Door short box limited edition with only 42430 miles, like brand new.

I believe RAM switched to OAT coolant in 2013, and you don’t want to mix OAT with HOAT or ethylene glycol.
For your 2012, I would guess it’s HOAT, but check in the owner manual or sticker on the coolant reservoir to verify.
I would stick with the recommended OEM Mopar brand coolant 50/50 mix or concentrate mixed with distilled water.
