Most likely a compatibility issue, but you would need to check with your tuner for details.

2014 RAM 3500 (Aisin) 3.73 4X4 Limited Crew Cab Long Bed DRW. Oil Bypass Filter, Fuel Filtration Kit, Cold Air Intake, City Diesel Actuator and 50 Gallon Aux Fuel Tank.

If you know what you are doing, you can make that turbo do whatever you want.

Sure, if you flash the ECM, which is not how MM3 sound tunes work.

Your base 'ECM' file is what gets flashed onto the truck.

Sound tunes (RTG files) are not flashed onto the ECM; your programmer sends calibrations to your ECMs' working memory' (RAM) every time you use a sound tune.

This is why you can add sound tunes to your programmer's SD card after flashing the ECM file, which will still work.

Obviously, on a 5th Gen, up to '21, there isn't an issue flashing the ECM with whatever calibrations you want.

Still, there seems to be an issue accessing the vehicles working memory in real-time from a programmer.

I've asked @DRD about this as I've purchased tuning for multiple trucks and have gotten a few retunes now due to added mods.

I understand that the software engineers need to add more RT parameters for him to work on it.

I, too, would love some sound tunes.

I used to have them with my previous tunes, but the overall truck tuning was bad, so I traded the loss of sound/smoke tunes for better overall engine tunes.

Worth it, but still hoping in the future, we can get sound tunes from Ray.
