    Tire Sensor Issues?

    Hey guys.

A few weeks ago, I got some new tires on the truck.

    2021 2500 tradesman.

The two rear sensors went blank a few miles down the road and stopped reading pressure.

Now I have a service tpms system message. I don't believe the sensors were broken or came loose, as I do not hear any rattling or feel any vibration.

No new sounds or anything. Is there a way to troubleshoot this myself without going to the stealership?

My local mechanic couldn't clear the codes the last time I had a check engine light for some turn signals.

I'm guessing because the ECM is locked, and I don't have an unlock cable.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks, guys

Did the tire shop put the sensors back in?

    Yes, they never removed them.

Should I have done the tire fill assist through the truck to relearn them?

I would try the tire fill assist feature to see if the system still recognizes the two rear tires.

On the forth Gens, the tire pressure sensors are paired automatically; not sure how they work on the fifth generation.

Thanks, I'll try that before I do anything else.
