I would make damn sure they know that by not caring for you, you will be blasting them via any electronic means.
You have the proof and it’s the truth; it will make you feel better and warn others.

By the way, 15 days are not jack squat for a no refund or exchange policy.

I just emailed Smeding about their policy; I just had to do it.
They will not be getting any of my hard-earned money.
Fifteen days, unused, the uninstalled thing, was the kicker for me.
They can have the policy, but a defective part is defective.
To me, if a company offers no warranty whatsoever, I run.
No warranty says, "We have no faith in the parts we sell."
I admit I'm getting older and picky about who gets my money.

I did think of that, but I didn’t want to put anybody other than myself on the spot.
I did call out their policy and reiterated that I would not be dealing with them on anything due to what I had heard and, of course, their own stated policies.
Maybe we could send them some bud light and some new panties?

It's definitely clear, like you say that they know they sell defective crap.

I haven't heard a word back from then after that email and I even responded back telling them there turbo is the issue.

As a matter of fact under the good Google review I originally left I put a link to the video of my turbo.
I won't even send my turbo back to get it fixed.
I had thought about that and then selling it but you know what I wouldn't feel right selling there junk to anyone and having them potentially destroy there vehicle.
The good news is I found a way to get my Steed Speed manifold and Stainless Diesel S467.7 FMW 5 Blade turbo ordered today through DDP.
Now I will actually have a quality turbo and manifold on the way.

Many of our customers go for the Smeding turbo, and I always ensure they are the last ones.
If the customer wants one, I let them know that if there are any issues or warranty, we are not liable, and I also put that on the invoice, LOL.
Too many headaches with them, and thats why I went on the hunt and found a way to make our own turbochargers.
I can hardly trust anyone out there anymore.
