2012 RAM 2500 Cummins 6.7L - Exhaust Service Required - See Dealer Now!

Exhaust service requires seeing the dealer now.

This came up on my dash recently, and I am entirely deleted with a 5” FLO~PRO turbo back exhaust.

Any ideas why this would come up on my dash?

I can only think of a DPF issue, but that should be tuned out.

I would check all the disconnected exhaust sensor wires and connectors anyway.

If the connectors are exposed, I would clean the with electrical contact cleaner, fill them with dialectic grease, and insulate them with tape or Shibby plugs.

Did you scan for any trouble codes?

Yes, the only other code I get every once and a while when I’m playing around is fuel rail pressure too high.

I'd be willing to bet some factory software may make this appear if it hasn't needed to perform a Regen in a long time.

It would know something is wrong.

Is it running fine?

No derated power?

Is there a code in the system you can erase?
