Not that I know of; it should be on the MM3 if there is any.
The MM3 only scans the PCM and TCM.
A complete system scan of all control modules and data PID analysis may help troubleshoot and pinpoint the cause.
The most common problem for the 4WD to flash constantly is the gears are not fully engaging or disengaging.
Have you tried shifting in and out of 4WD Hi to Low and 2WD?

Yes, in and out of 4WD did not do until I went through a car wash a while back.
It sounds like you may have water in a connection or something.
