Just digging around, and I have seen companies on the web offering complete delete packages and tunes, and the same on some FB groups.
How are they getting away with this?
I would have figured the EPA and others would nail them, or did the EPA find something else to do?

Personally, I would not trust anything on FB related to tuning.
