I am looking for some advice on my 2015 6.7L Cummins.
I am looking to do the 2nd Gen swap.
The truck tows a 38' boat, and I am looking for turbo sizing and programming.
RaceME Ultra programmer or any info would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Why not get the MM3 since you will need custom tuning?

I did the second Gen swap on my 2016 with DDP 40% overs and a Borg Warner S467.
Recommend doing both at once.
Depending on how often you tow, I would say to go smaller on the turbo to a 62-65 range if you tow often.
Helps with the pep and response.

MM3 for tuner as mentioned above.
As for the turbo, I would go with the S464 kit.
Reason being, if you have enough funds to support the S467, Injectors, 10M CP3, lift pump, and reassurance measures push rods and springs, then shoot for the S467.
The turbo is by all means a good power house to enjoy.
On the price aspect, the S464 is a perfect all-around turbo.
Towing light or heavy, weekend go have fun, responsiveness, but what really, for me, the MM3 is what I probably noticed the most to wake the truck up, compared to previous VGT set up.
Studs 425's or 625 ARP are strongly encouraged to eliminate HG failures down the road.
The 625's are currently very hard to come by, or once they are available, they sell out quickly. I'm not positive the 425's are the same way.
We do have a reliable vendor here to the forums @DDP that will help you out with any questions, concerns, and prices.
I run the 2nd gen swap kit from Industrial Injection. I haven't had a single issue, and it fit my budget at the time.
Only thing I would suggest doing is, when installing the studs, remove the head to get resurfaced, if you have a bit of miles on the motor.
That'll add an extra layer of comfort knowing you most likely won't run into ripping things apart sooner down the road than expected.
A lift pump " I prefer FASS" is a real good mod to have either turbo set up.
The ease of changing filters is stupid simple, knowing you're getting clean, lubricated, and de-aerated fuel to the motor, which provides longevity on internal components.

The 2nd Gen swap s464 was the best mod I ever did to my truck.
I went with Smedings kit and hhadabout a thousand miles on it with zero leaks or issues.
The fitment can be tricky in some areas, but I got it done.
I would also get Ray's tuning, by the way, and like stated before, head studs.
The 2nd Gen setup is supposedly easier on the head gasket versus the VGT, but I won't turn mine up unless I have head studs in.
The ARP 625s are also on a national backorder.
