    Ok people, I'm old ... very old, and don't understand.

    I was in the Army and my officers believed when in the Army, if there is dry ground somewhere ... we needed to march on it.

    So ... if someone is in the Coast Guard ... where is the water in San Antonio ... let alone a coast ???
    I was there once and the only water I seen was in the river going through the town and in the water glass on my table.

    I'm so confused.

    @AnOldBiker yeah i can understand your confusion. it makes about as much sense as having Sea World there. @14beast is an intel guy and there's a big joint intelligence center in San Antonio. No water needed for that.

    Haha Jim!! You busted me! Yes I inspect the river walk boats!! LOL but really. Im an Intel guy and yes I work in a joint Intel unit here!
