RAM UConnect Update?

I am getting this update concerning my Uconnect, and I wonder if anybody else has received this.

As if I recall, it seems that RAM was sending down programming ECMs to kill specific programs, and I wanted to ensure this was legit.

As if I recall, it seems that RAM was sending down programming ECMs to kill specific programs, and I wanted to ensure this was legit.

The last update I received was Uconnect_VP4,18.45.01-My13-17, release date 2019-10-09.

The updates are radio and model year specific.

If you go to https://www.driveuconnect.com/suppor...re-update.html and type in your VIN#, you will be able to verify the update and download it to a USB.

Did you get the Update warning on your Uconnect screen or email or through the Uconnect app?

@AK Bob, that seems like the most current update I received as well, maybe one in 2020 (however, I have had my radio replaced for delaminating since then).

No new updates on my 2018.

However, I would like to update my maps, but I won't pay the $100, or so they want, maybe $50.
