Whose DIY plug and play?

Randy’s transmissions. It’s not available at the moment but it should be back. Clutch packs and stuff come pre assembled and just have to be dropped into the case with new bearings and seals.

Might be one of the “prebuilt” kits they are selling now.

Drums already have clearances set and are assembled. Just have to swap parts basically.

The kits don’t save you 7k vs having them build it though.

When is your TCC locking?

4th, 5th, 6th?

Tuned by proven diesel.
Has half unlocked 4th and then locks up 4th,5th,6th

I’m not the best at math but that’s only $4500.

You also have to take into account they add other things in the transmission they build vs the parts kit they sell.

The revmax drum vs the sonnax drum new bushings bearings and welding the output shaft planet truing the surface where the valve body mates to the case to name a few.

I would’ve just had them do it if I had the funds at the time.

You will be good with their kit.

They take the hard part out by setting all the clearances before hand.

Did they include the whole pump or just the stator/valve side? The description I read wasn’t too clear on that just said stator with updated valves.

Mine is 1st to 10mph, 2nd to 20mph, 3rd to 35mph, 4th half then full TCC 35-45,5th full tcc 45-60mph, 6th full TCC 60mph -up.

It's built, but im lacking a billet input shaft, so scared a little.

It's still in learning mode, so I'm hoping the downshifts improve.

Sometimes in 5th locked to 35, then it will downshift ugg.

I hate loading a new set of tunes; I must go through a long trans-relearn process.

Sounds about like mine.

I still haven’t gotten out of re learn and I’ve put like 3k miles on the new build LOL.

I keep switching tunes but I finally found one I like so it’ll be party time soon.

My input shaft is billet but my output shaft isn’t.
