Still Pretty New To The Cummins Trucks

I've had my Cummins for three years-ish, and I love it to death, but lately, ive been fighting the DEF on it, and I dont want to deal with it anymore.

I've talked to several Cummins owners, and they said my truck is a ticking time bomb, and the sooner I delete it, the better, and they all pointed me here to this site.

So here I am, and im very interested in a tuner for my truck, but I can't seem to find one, so I was hoping to get pointed in the right direction and, hopefully, a website or an approach I can head in to get the process started.
