I am looking for a Revmax valve body for my 2016 RAM 3500 with the 68RFE.

Also, what’s the most significant difference between the HD and zero flex?

The main difference is the ZeroFlex has the ability to run higher line pressures with the proper trans tuning.

Most customers opt to go with the HD as it's more than adequate for most applications.
