The Best Batteries To Run With The MM3 Tuner?

    Hello there.

I have a 2010 Laramie 2500, and I just bought the truck last year, and from the moment I bought it, I noticed the batteries have slowly been getting weaker and weaker.

In the past, I would have to connect a battery charger and turn on a slow amp charge while i installed my tune files.

I have also heard and experienced that the MM3 programmer will start acting up when the batteries start to go funky.

I was trying to reach out to see if anyone running the MM3 programmer on their 4th Gens found a good set of batteries to run.

I purchased a set of Odyssey batteries from FCP Euro.

All parts (including batteries) carry a lifetime warranty from them, so if they ever fail, buy a new set and get the amount returned to you.

Luck would have it that many exotic German and Italian sports cars use the same battery as the RAM Cummins, so it's nice that they stock these.

These trucks don’t like low battery voltage, that’s for sure.

See the link below for my recent experience.

    I second the Odyssey Batteries.

If you can afford it, they make an excellent dry-cell battery.

I went with the AGM as that was all that was available.

Summit also carries them, but I would check with one of our vendors on the forum first.

    They are awesome.
