Are 5.9 rails know to rust at all? I wonder if that is what I am dealing with.
I know there have been issues with the 6.7's

Nope but you might of picked up some from the tank

After I get the rest of the front end parts, I'll be looking to get these injectors fixed up.
Spencer. You think retipping and flushing the rail out will fix this problem? It only seems to do it when I don't put additive in the tank. Weird Huh?
I've seen pistons smaller than the lower bushings are for this pig.

Spencer. I'm convinced it's a pintle hanging up in an injector. I am pretty sure re-tipping them will fix that. But will I have to have them rebalanced if I am doing all tips?

Always do a re balance after changing the nozzles
