I recently switched my Toyo Extreme AT II 295/60/20 (34"X11.50X20) 10-ply tires to Toyo Extreme AT II 295/65/20 (35"X11.50X20) 10-ply tires.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much smoother my truck rides over bumps in the road, like manhole covers, potholes, and general bumps.

Before, my teeth would be jarred loose when going over even the most basic bumps in the road.

Tire pressure is unchanged in the new setup I am running.

I guess increasing the sidewall height (5%) made the difference since the tires are 1" taller overall compared to my old ones but the same width and on the same wheels.

If you can fit them, I highly recommend going with the 295/65/20 tires size over the 295/60/20 for their added ride comfort.

I have my 295/65/20's mounted on Worx Beast 803 - 20" X 9" wide +18mm offset on a complete factory suspension with no level kit.

I only had to trim a minimal amount of my splash guards on both sides of the cab side of the wheel well.

I am thrilled with how the truck rides and looks after changing to the larger tire size.

MPG has dropped slightly, but I have a 3.73 rear gear ratio, which has provided nearly the same acceleration as the smaller size.

The speedometer has been calibrated.

I just wanted to describe my experience going to the 295/65/20 from the 295/60/20.

Cheers
