If this is the same one I'm thinking about, they stopped doing deletes long before the raid and ended up closing the shop shortly after the raid, and the majority owner was put on house arrest for 180 days as part of the probation.
I don't remember if it was part of the civil or federal case.
I'm interested in the outcome of Jon Long's case.
They seem to be talking about jail time with him.
He looks like he will lose his military career and retirement regardless of what happens.

Luckily they're still mostly going after big shops, but it was a lot harder recently to find tuning options than in 2017 with my last truck.
I wonder how long until everybody's too scared to sell tunes and when they'll start going after individuals.
