Re: Possible Head Gasket Failure - 07.5 Dodge RAM 2500

    Back again, folks.

I redid the head gasket, new head, and all new gaskets and went ARP 425s.

New thermostat, new water pump, and new radiator cap.

The truck runs flawlessly, with no overheating or gurgling/ reservoir over flowing.

But as always, nothing is ever easy.

I now have a coolant spewing from the radiator cap area.

It only happens when i work the truck, i.e., passing on the freeway or going up a grade that causes a down shift and more boost.

I can't figure out where it comes from, and the spray pattern looks like the rad cap.

I dont know what would be causing it to spew like that.

    Any ideas?
