    Tune Not Loading After Start?

    Have 2016 2500.

    I have done the supporting mods to handle the 200hp tune file.

    When I start my truck and put it on the 200hp tune, it works GREAT.

    When I shut the truck off and turn it back on, it acts like it has a Valet tune until I put it back to 200hp.

    I have it set to send every cycle; I verified them before even considering asking for help.

    I never noticed it before the mods, as I left it on the 60hp since I bought the MM3, but now that I want to play around.

    I must re-elect the tune I want anytime I turn the truck off.

    HELP!

    Have you contacted the person who tuned your truck?

    I had this exact issue.

    My fix after talking to Dirk was this.

    Make sure you have a tender hooked up to a battery.

    "I did the driver side" note "I did not do this on my first attempt."

    Re-flash the ECM with the stock file, then the custom file, and the trans file, depending on whether you have a 68RFE.

    Fixed my hassle of having to hit the 200hp every time I restarted the truck manually.

    The lack of voltage causes the issue, and the attempt to flash can cause, let's say, a corrupted flash or lack of information trying to be sent over.

    After the tender is hooked up and doing each step, you should have every piece of data needed to hit your expectations.

    If you already have a charger hooked up, attempt to see if any progress is made.
