Yours should be similar, but you will need to verify.

Measuring the resistance between pin 87 at the empty relay socket to battery negative, you should see some resistance as you read through the starter relay coil to the ground.

I would start with, do you have battery voltage at pin 30? (Measure DC voltage between the empty relay socket pin 30 and battery negative) if you have that, does the start relay click when someone turns the key?
I got it running!

After checking everything with a meter, it was determined to be the signal wire from the relay down to the starter, I ran a new wire, and it fired right up.

I'll cut the old one off the zip ties this weekend and look to see where it was grounding out.
