Here's another shop owner and coworkers that got hit for CAA violations.
(Spartan diesel was mandated to pay a $1.3 million civil penalty to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as well as $1.2 million in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service. Now he's serving 1 year in prison for tax evasion and conspiracy to violate the clean air act (CAA).)
