Did you clear the previous codes? What codes are you still seeing? I will be home in about an hour and will look them up for you.

U1412 and P0501. I have an ABS light on, a service electronic throttle system, service trailer brake system, and four-wheel drive temporarily unavailable message... Oh, and no working speedometer

Okay, I am back home. See attached troubleshooting information on these codes, they are both related to an ABS module or Wheel sensor. It is likely that the P0501 wheel sensor code has set the U1412 implausible code due to a bad rear wheel speed sensor or could be a problem with the ABS module.

All the above symptoms are tied to the ABS Module. Since you have had all the recent battery voltage issues you may have damaged the ABS module. First check for good power and ground at the ABS module. If that looks good compare both rear wheel sensors by back probing each sensor wire and measure the DC voltage to ground.
Edit: Added attachment for identifying ABS Module powers and grounds.

Where is the ABS module to test? I will also look for the rear wheel speed sensors. What is a "good voltage", 11-14?

See attached information for location of ABS module and connector pin out. I can only provide screenshots as the Mopar software doesn’t allow for export. On the wheel sensors you will be looking for the same readings on each. The one that is different is bad. I believe you will see 5 VDC or less between each sensor wire and ground.

Got it. I will check it out. I may consider starting with the speed sensors since it was very heavily wet the other day and this all started then. These are on the back of each wheel hub?
Did a little research on Mitchell 1 tonight but the PDF files were too large to upload. They are recommending the use of a scan tool to troubleshoot the ABS system and show a list of Cxxxx-xx trouble codes to identify specific wheel sensors and other failures (see attached). So depending on how you make out with the sensor voltage checks tomorrow, this will be another option but will require a higher end scanner.

To confirm I have an understanding of this task before I start doing it, I want to check each wire of the sensor with the + probe of the multimeter and the ground/chassis with the negative and compare the readings?
Yes, let see what readings you get back probing each sensor wire on volts DC. You will need the key in the run position and wheels stationary.
