So today, I installed the S&B cold air intake on my 2016 Cummins G56.

I knew going in that the OEM intake was more than sufficient; I just wanted more sound if possible.

I had already removed the foam on the OEM intake but left that crazy plastic piece in.

Now for the disclaimer, I am a combat vet that requires hearing aids, so you're getting this review without them in, LOL.

My first impressions of the quality were it was terrific.

Everything was individually bagged and strait forward.

Honestly, the only hard part was trying to get the intake on the turbo and the intake box in those stupid grommets simultaneously.

After that, I took her for a drive and didn't notice anything till I went down my road with the exhaust brake on.

I will say she is way louder in the engine bay with the exhaust brake by far.

Then upon excelerating I noticed more throttle response.

Other than those two things, I can't confirm anything else yet regarding mpg.

As far as am I happy yes.

When I got to my barn, I saw tons of bugs around my filter, and I was running the filter that protects the main filter.

It's nice to open the hood and be able to see directly at your air filter to see if it's dirty.

So overall worth the money in my opinion.
