    AlfaOBD 68RFE Relearn?

Hey guys, with AlfaOBD do the trans relearn where you put your info in and go to the engine and click connect?

Once it connects then, what do you do?

    I can’t figure it out.

Go to the “Active Diagnostic” tab, scroll to Quick Learn RFE and follow the prompts.

I have the PC version, may look different on the Android version.

    AlfaOBD 68RFE Relearn?

So I should get an ad?

    I’m using a windows pc.

After going to the engine and then connecting, I found that you have to go to active diagnostics and then down to relearn.

When I click on relearn, it starts the process, and I put it in drive and then neutral, and then it says test failed.

    Any thoughts?

    AlfaOBD 68RFE Relearn?

From what I've read on this subject,

Alfa won't work doing the quick relearn, but maybe there's been a firmware update that works.

Keep us posted if it works!

Unfortunately, since I have the Aisin, I have never tried to use it.

Make sure you follow all the prompts and any requested conditions are met, then try again.

I believe that another member, I think @Skywrench may be able to help.

    Re: AlfaOBD 68RFE Relearn?

So I tried again this morning, and it worked.

It’s a little weird when it tells you to put it in neutral, and the truck revs and the transmission does something.

You can feel it almost trying to lunge like if you were in drive.

I’m glad you got it to work.

I’m like Bob; I have the Aisin also, so I never tried it.

    Re: AlfaOBD 68RFE Relearn?

I wish I had been a member here a month ago when i was scouring the web on the cheapest way to relearn trans.

I used the OBDLINK MX+ module with AlphaOBD on my android phone.

It comes in handy when your doing multiple tunes and have to relearn every damn time.
