    I Need Help Please - Fuel Rail?

    I'm going to put it all back together and torque everything to specs and . I probably should have start by saying I did a grid heater delete and when I put it back together is when this problem came to be

    I would torque the feed tubes anytime you take the lines off. The can loosen a bit when you loosen the lines.

    I go 47 foot pounds on the feed tubes.

    It’s possible you have disturbed the injector crossover tubes and may need need to re-torque them.

    Found a picture online.

    You can see the threaded portion has an opening around the flare portion.

    That’s where the fuel is pushing out when you put the cap on.
