My Father-in-law had a similar issue and ended up taking it to a radiator shop, and they tightened up all the tabs and fixed the problem.

Hmm, I didn't realize you could do that.

I was about to trash my oem one, but now you got me wondering if I should keep it as a spare, especially with how hard parts are to get.
