Turbo Surge When Light Throttle Or Cruise Set

I have a 2016 all-stock put a new turbo on from BD diesel everything was fine till a month ago.

It started surging at lower RPKM, but it went away when I step on it a little.

What all should I look for if no code is thrown; I’ve heard actuator won’t throw a code if it’s semi-sticking.

It sounds like your actuator is going south.
