This happened on a tight back-country road when two RAMs with Moose mirrors collide.
The crazy part is we were both in our lanes.
We just laughed afterward and said well, I guess we are out the same part.

These roads are so narrow here that I keep my moose mirrors down.
I hate that happened to you, but glad that’s the only damage done.

Yeah, I am going to put them down.
I am so used to leaving them up half the time because of my trailer.
Also, owning a power wagon made a huge difference using tow mirrors on that monster, but we see what happens in the end.
The crazy part is that a Mopar mirror with heat and movable glass was about five hundred and changed.
I ended up getting one from 1A auto for like one-eighty.
Yeah, we hit at about 45 mph with the window down sounded like a shotgun.
I got some glass cuts but all good.
I have been dealt way worse, but I appreciate it, and yeah, it definitely could've been worse on that road.
Yeah, it was somewhat funny once we realized everyone was ok because of the window down factor.
But yeah, Ford and Chevy guys I have seen say the moose thing, haha.
If you look at the truck from the front with them up, it looks like a moose.
I hang one of my duals off the road's edge, and cars are still too close to my mirrors.
They leave themselves 2'-3' on their side(ditch side).
You are welcome.
When things get tight, I just press the little button.
