Howdy Friends!
My 2018 2500 stopped retaining the radio station presets after the ignition is turned off.
Does anyone know where the constant power source is to retain radio memory?

I don’t know if this will help, but the wiring diagram for my 2014 shows the radio is powered all the time via a 20A fuse from the battery.
See attached diagram and fuse location.

Thank you for all the information welcome; it will give me a place to start.

FYI: if anyone runs into this problem where your factory radio won’t retain radio stations in memory, the dealer updates your 4th Gen head unit to correct the problem.

Thanks for the info.
I had the same thing happen on my 2019 Charger Scat Pack.
The dealership tried updating it, and it would work for a day or so, then back to losing presets and falling back two hours in time.
I ended up just replacing the whole unit.
He said he had seen many of these units replaced for the same issues.

After I could not determine why my memory on my radio head unit would not retain anything in memory, I went to the dealership.
They did an update on the radio, and it resolved the issue.
