Trustworthy Mechanics Near Smithfield, NC

I'm in Johnston County, NC, and looking for a shop that I can be confident is going to do stuff right on my '18 Cummins (mainly engine/tranny work that I may want to pay a shop to do rather than get halfway done and then run out of weekend without finishing the job).

I hope it is not offensive to the professional wrench turners, but I want a shop that mainly specializes in heavy-duty pickups rather than a little of everything.

Does anyone have any go-to shops in the Eastern NC/Johnston County area?

I appreciate any help you can provide.
