It's an ATS build trans (stage 2) and is 11 years old.
Once the Transmission is up to mild temp 100+-, if you stop the truck with the gear selector still in D after 15-18 seconds, you can hear a tone change as the engine begins to load on it.
If you don't release the brake pedal, it will stall the engine or push through the breaks.
If you place the trans in N, the event will not occur.
No other issues can be identified to help diagnose.
ATS diesel had suggested a clogged trans cooler not flowing enough would cause a back feed issue and apply unwanted pressure to clutch packs.
I installed a Mishimoto trans cooler and same issue.
Any tips or tricks would be very appreciated.
