This is the first time turning it on after the installation.
I was told the tunes were preloaded from where I bought them from.
I called tech support and was told I needed a new address card.
I got that transferred the file over, and still nothing.

I bought a new sd card and tried that.
Still no luck.
Could there be an issue with the file that was sent to me?
Tech support said everything looked fine to them.
I’m going to call MM3 power tomorrow and see if they have a solution.

Who did the tunes?
2021 Ram 3500 DRW, H.O., bypass oil filtration, bypass coolant filtration, S&B CAI, 4:10’s
2wd low loc kit.
Reacquired 2001 3500, 5.9 nv4500, dually cab and chassis, 5” straight pipe, edge juice w/attitude. Otherwise all stock…..for now.

You may need to download and install the MM3 Agent to format and initialize the new card correctly then copy over the missing files from your original card into the correct directories.
There is a maximum size limit on the SD card for the MM3 I believe it was 16 GB or possibly 32 GB.
MM3 Power should be able to get you going tomorrow.

I was having the same problem, and after back and forth emails with the world-class support squad from the guy up north and getting nowhere, I had to take it to a local computer guy, and he did the update on a new SD card, and it works fine.
I just need to *** tunes to see if it's fully functional.
