Can someone explain how to decode the date on blu def boxes?
Do you think they’d just put the date on it.

2014 RAM 3500 (Aisin) 3.73 4X4 Limited Crew Cab Long Bed DRW. Oil Bypass Filter, Fuel Filtration Kit, Cold Air Intake, City Diesel Actuator and 50 Gallon Aux Fuel Tank.
The only reason I can see for them to do that is so they can sell old stock and no one will know

I don’t know if the date codes have changed, but this has been my decoder chart.
I haven’t used it because the local place where I purchase my jug DEFs is always very low on stock and getting fresh every month or every week, so I don’t worry about it anymore.
I feel good about a clean-burning 6.7L - but I look forward to not having to avoid buying & filling the DEF tank.
Not a fan of black Soot Exhaust Gases flowing out my (SS) MBRP exhaust tip.
Not going to lie - I work inside an NH3 plant that produces 50% DEF from Natural Gas - that I have access to freshly made DEF & it performs flawlessly with my tank.
I'm still trying to wrap my mind around a specific company advertising Synthetic DEF!
I don't believe the Lies caught up in advertisements.
