    2020 RAM 3500 P1775 Code?

I had the valve body out on my 68RFE over the weekend to upgrade the separator plate for more line pressure. (BD kit)

After installing it and running a few miles around town, my truck throws a P1775 code up on the RaceME Ultra Tuner.

Everything feels normal, shifts are crisp, line pressure actual vs. desired is correct, and the torque converter is locking and unlocking.

The only thing that I have noticed is a slight jolt when coming to a stop.

Like when the transmission is shifting from 4th to 1st.

Again really slight; most drivers probably wouldn't feel it.

The code says the solenoid is stuck in latched position TCC.

Do I need to replace the solenoid pack?

Could I be doing severe damage by continuing to drive the truck?

    It's my daily/work truck with 60,000 miles.

If it goes down, I'm in pretty bad shape right now.

    Thanks,
    Ryan

It is most likely the solenoid pack.

I am sure more experienced folks will respond.

Sometimes when making the swap, dirt or particles will make it into the solenoid pack and cause a sticking valve.

I think that might be what is going on with your setup if there were no pre-existing issues.

This weekend, I swapped to a REVMAX billet valve body and replaced the solenoid pack as a precaution, but my truck has 153k on it.

My Truck: 2016 Ram 3500 Laramie, granite crystal metallic/tan interior, CCLB SRW 4x4, 68RFE, 6.7 Cummins, rear air, 5th wheel pkg. MODS: MM3 w/tunes, EGR delete, ITC grid heater delete, GDP airhorn, GDP heater, ARP 625 head studs, FloPro 5", REVMAX billet VB, Synergy steering, Thuren .5" lift/sway, Fox remote res shocks, Morimoto HIDs and LED fogs.
My 5th Wheel: 2022 Grand Design 390 RK, 3 ACs, Gen Prep, too much storage ~16,000 rolling.

    Thanks for the reply, Schoolbus!

    Yeah, that would make sense.

I'll order up a new one tonight.

It sucks working on a gravel driveway trying to keep everything clean!

Hopefully, I can get it in soon, and I'm not damaging the already vulnerable 68'.

I have to run up into the mountains for the remainder of the week for work.
