    Input On Some MM3 Readings?

    I bought this truck a couple of weeks ago; it was already deleted and tuned by the Doctor from the previous owner.

    The truck is a 2018 3500 LB with the G56, 13k miles. It has the sinister EGR delete and banks CAI. It has a muffler on it, not straight piped.

    These readings are from a 1-hour drive on the regular highway driving, got on the throttle a couple of times to about 90 mph.

    The truck has the lite tunes and is on level 1, which I believe is the 60 hp.

    Attached is a picture.

    Is that torque number accurate?

    Almost 1k for a 60hp tune seems like a lot to me, but I don’t know much.

    This is my first diesel; thanks for any input.

    Welcome!

    Yes, #1 on the MM3 switch keypad is 60HP with the Lite package.

    See the link below for rear-wheel torque numbers at various HP settings.

    Thanks for the info!

    So the link you just sent shows 60HP tune is about 800 torque to the wheels, which sounds more accurate.

    Should I disregard the almost 1000 TQ reading it shows on the MM3 then?

    As mentioned truck has stock G56 and no upgrades to the engine don't want anything breaking too soon, LOL.

    Other members already told me that the descriptions of the tunes don't work with the Lite tuning kit.

    For example, right now, if I go to select the tunes, it reads:

    0 - RT enable
    1 - stock
    2 - tow
    3 - street
    4 - performance
    5 - race

    Yes, disregard the generic label on the MM3 switch pad.

    With the Lite Package, the HP levels are as follows:

    0=30
    1=60
    2=90
    3=120
    4=150
    5=200

    I believe the MM3 is displaying a calculated engine torque so that it will be higher than the rear wheel torque due to efficiency losses.
