    Quick MM3 Question

Are tunes loaded into memory somehow on the truck side, or is everything in the MM3?

For example, have they upgraded truck run with MM3 unplugged from the OBD2 port?

    I never tried it.

I ask because my truck sits a lot, we have plenty of trucks, and it drains my batteries if I forget to unplug from OBD2.

    Thanks,
    Eric

Your tunes are stored in the PCM so that you can unplug/remove the tuner and it will remain in the last tune used.

If the truck is going to sit idle for more than five days, it’s an excellent idea to trickle charge the batteries anyway, especially in cold weather.
