I would be Proud to Drive that Beast - As well as have Her tow our new to be 5th Wheel & Carry a Huge Smile on my face while doing it!
That is my idea of an ideal Tow Rig - for our family as well as my daily driver!
Wish there were a couple more photos of front to rear (Looking down the side of the truck) to see how much tire is outside the fender.
I like the Wheel & Tire size combo
Though I would probably roll down the Interstate/Turnpike with Toyo A/T III - just my personal preference.

A 12 wide will give you around 2-3 inches of tire poke outside the fender.
So not to much but with a fender flare, you would be (depending on fender flare size) covered.
